Marina‘a yoga journey began in 2011 in Moscow when she met her first Hatha yoga teacher, who’s guidance helped her to explore beauty of different aspects of yoga practice. In 2013 when Marina moved to Tokyo she started her Ashtanga yoga journey at the biggest Ashtanga Yoga school in Japan IYC (International yoga center) founded by Ken Harakuma who’s authorized to teach this method by K. Pattabhi Jois. In 2015 she went to Mysore ( India) to learn deeper Ashtanga yoga method with Sarasvaty Jois ( the daughter of K. Pattabhi Jois), next years she’s been practicing with Vijai (Mysore), and in 2017 completed her 200 hours TTC in Rishikesh with Kamal Singh (Tattva yoga school Rishikesh)
