Sequence of basic yoga postures to improve your active hips mobility, strength. You can use this video as it is or as a proper warm up before working towards Hanumanasana. Also you can do some extra hip opening postures like Mandukasana at the end to work on your Samokanasana (ask google sensei what all of these means 😉)

Active and refreshing Yoga flow. We will do challenging static postures combined with powerful dynamic transactions. Will be perfect for you if you’re familiar with basic yoga postures and like to challenge yourself 😉

Basic morning Yoga warm up

You can use this simple flow as a morning warm up when you don’t have time for proper practice. We will move all joints, warm up and gently stretch general muscles. Press pose any time you want to stay longer in some pose or do some extra planks 😉
